1. The adaptability test between liquid accelerator and cement should be carried out before use to determine the optimal mixing amount. The reference mixing amount is 4-6% of cement mass, the water-cement ratio is 1:0.4-0.45, and the ratio of ash to sand is 1:2-3. (The test method is: take 400 grams of cement, liquid fast setting type 16-24 grams, add water to cement for 30 seconds according to 0.35-0.38 water-cement ratio, add liquid coagulant, quickly stir for 30 seconds or so, and determine the setting time with Vica meter.
2. The freshness of cement has a great impact on the setting time, and it is best to use newly released cement for shotcrete, and the effect of wet or long storage time cement is poor.
3. The shrinkage value of speed-doped concrete is larger than that of non-speed-doped concrete, so the maintenance is started 4 hours after spraying, and the maintenance time is two weeks. No less than 1 week.
4. It should be thoroughly mixed before use and measured. Operators should wear good protective equipment; Fully used, immediately clean tools; Contact skin should be immediately washed with clean water.
