RMA·FS Water-based Inorganic Nano Anti-cracking and Anti-seepage Agent is a colorless liquid. When mixed into concrete, it can inhibit the penetration of moisture, ions and other media from the environment into the internal structure of concrete, endowing the concrete with excellent properties such as acid and alkali resistance, resistance to salt ion erosion, freeze-thaw cycle damage resistance and high impermeability. It greatly improves the high durability and construction performance of concrete, and its addition has no negative impact on the compressive strength of concrete.
Reinforced concrete mixed with RMA&FS Water-based Inorganic Nano Anti-cracking and Anti-seepage Agent features high strength and low shrinkage. It can effectively reduce the capillary water absorption of concrete, protect the internal steel bars, and facilitate the construction of mass concrete.
The addition of RMA&FS Water-based Inorganic Nano Anti-cracking and Anti-seepage Agent to concrete can effectively reduce water absorption and improve impermeability; inhibit corrosion for a long period of time and enhance its durability; reduce water content and maintain consistent workability.
RMA&FS Water-based Inorganic Nano Anti-cracking and Anti-seepage Agent reacts with hydrates to form a tough waterproof film on the capillaries and other surfaces of concrete and mortar layers. Consequently, this hydrophobic surface layer forms a contact angle of more than 90° with water, which invalidates the surface tension that would otherwise drive water to penetrate into the capillaries or microcracks inside the structure, thus repelling water outside the structure.

1.The content of cementitious materials in concrete mixed with water-based inorganic nano anti-cracking and anti-seepage agent shall be not less than 350kg/m3.
2.The sample shall be fully mixed uniformly before use. The recommended dosage is 2kg/m3, replacing water by an equal amount (i.e., deduct the corresponding 2kg/m3 of water). The optimal recommended dosage is 2kg/m3 in accordance with durability requirements.
3.The water-based inorganic nano anti-cracking and anti-seepage agent can be used in combination with Kewei HPC series water reducers or substances containing water-reducing components.
4.Concrete mixed with the water-based inorganic nano anti-cracking and anti-seepage agent shall be cured with thermal insulation materials and plastic film for heat and moisture preservation immediately after being placed and formed in the formwork.
5.Before construction, concrete trial mixing shall be carried out in accordance with the actual concrete materials and conditions to determine the optimal mix proportion design and additive dosage.
Packaging: This product is supplied in barrels of 1000kg each or in other customized packaging forms.
Storage: Store in a cool place at room temperature (25℃). Swelling of barrels and demulsification may occur if exposed to high temperatures.
